How To Start Moving

How To Start Moving

You know exercise should be an essential part of your life, but how do you start?  First, choose an exercise that you will enjoy and can excel at.  Second, set realistic goals.  For example if you choose to walk or run, set goals that you know you can achieve and that will slightly challenge you. In other words, don't do a high intensity cardio interval class if you never exercised. Third, know what best motivates you.  Some people do best in a group setting, some prefer personal attention, others like to fly solo. And, finally be consistent - make exercise a part of who you are!
